Our Adoption Process

We follow a careful process to ensure our puppies go to the best possible homes and that you find the perfect match for your lifestyle.

Application

Fill out our detailed puppy application to help us understand your home environment.

Deposit

Once approved, place a $500 non-refundable deposit to join our exclusive waiting list.

Selection

Puppy selection happens in order of deposits received when the litter is 6 weeks old.

Homecoming

At 8 weeks, your puppy is ready! We'll arrange a pickup date for your new best friend.

Terms & Conditions

Waiting List: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Your position on the list is secured only after the deposit is received.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The $500 deposit is non-refundable but is fully transferable to any future litter within one year if you decide to wait.

Health Guarantee: All our Beagles come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. We stand behind the health and temperament of every puppy we raise.

Selection Order: Selection is handled in order of deposits. If the specific gender or color you want isn’t available, you can move your deposit to the next litter.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE

Once a litter is born, gender selections cannot be switched. Please ensure your preference is noted clearly in the application.
